All tours in this online-brochure are operated by BLUECRUISE.ORG, Holzhof 14, 42699 Solingen, Germany, herein alter
referred to as "Bluecruise". The attention of the tour participant is drawn to the conditions below which
constitute the contract between the tour participant or charterer and BLUECRUISE.ORG.
Booking: To
make a reservation, contact Bluecruise. To make your booking: you must pay a 50% deposit for each person and each
tour booked or in case of chartering an entire boat 33% of the charter amount, which should be forwarded to us
immediately, reaching us no later than ten (8) days after the booking was made to ensure that your booking is not
canceled. We strongly recommend you book your tour as early as possible to ensure your place on the desired tour.
Amendments: Bookings
can be changed, provided space is available. There is a reservation charge fee of € 30 for cabin charter. An entire
booking that is changed is considered a cancellation, and could be subject to cancellation fees. This includes
any change to the air or yacht portion of the trip. Cancellation fees are agreed to be liquidated damages and not
a penalty.
Payment: Full
payment, less the deposit prepaid, must be forwarded to Bluecruise so it has to reach us no later than 30 days
prior to your departure from your home destination. In the event of failure to complete this transaction on time,
your reserved trip or boat will become available for general sale and we will reserve the right to retain the deposit
you have paid. If the booking is made less than 30 days before departure, the whole cost must be paid at the time
of booking. Travel documents will be issued approximately 14 days before departure, providing full payment has
been received. In the event of late payment resulting in late delivery of documents, we accept no responsibility
for the consequences thereof.
Cancellation: In
the event that a tour participant or charterer cancels his or her booking, the following fees become payable:
Cabin Charter:
if the cancellation is actually received in writing by Bluecruise more than 90 days prior to departure, an administrative
fee of € 100 per person will be charged. No refund will be made in the case of shorter notice.
Full Boat Charter:
if the cancellation is actually received in writing by Bluecruise more than 90 days prior to departure, 50% of
the down payment will be refunded. In the case of a cancellation less then 90 days prior to the departure date,
25% of the deposit payment will be refunded. No refund will be made in the case of shorter notice. Then BLUECRUISE.ORG
has the right to find another charterer.

We strongly suggest that to allow for any unexpected contingencies, you purchase trip cancellation
and trip interruption insurance through your Travel Agent at home. Cancellations must be made in writing and signed
by the tour participant. BLUECRUISE.ORG reserves the right to cancel the whole or any part of a tour at any time
as a result of force majoure or for reasons outside BLUECRUISE.ORG' control, including but not limited to the failure
of any third party to perform. Any applicable cancellation fees charged by a carrier from the point of departure
are the responsibility of the tour participant, but not limited to airline reservations canceled by reason of a
tour cancellation by either a tour participant or BLUECRUISE.ORG.
Refund of Unused Arrangement: Because BLUECRUISE.ORG' rates are based on group participation or minimum
nights requirements, no refunds can be made for any specific tour accommodation, tour service, or tour feature
not taken. If cancellation occurs while the tour is progress, no refund can be made for the tour portion not taken.
Surface Transportation: Land transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary by private
motor coach, minibus, or car, depending on the itinerary and the size of the group.
Sequence of Itinerary:
Sequence of destinations and sites may change from the order given in this brochure, but none will be omitted.
Transfers:
All necessary group or single person transfers between airports and harbours are not included throughout the tours.
Not included in the Tour Rates: Passport costs, international airfare, air travel within the countries,
photography fees payable at admission sites, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified,
any beverages with included meals (unless otherwise specified), and all personal expenses. Also not included are
the customary tips to the crew and guides, which are left to tour participants' discretion.
Consumer Disclosure Notice: Bluecruise and/or their agents, act only as agents for the passenger
in regard to travel, whether by motorcar, van, minibus, boat, or airplane and assume no liability for injury, damage,
loss, or accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of default of any company or
person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. They cannot accept responsibility
for losses, or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sicknesses, strike, war, quarantine,
or other causes. The prices of the tours were based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at time of this updateprinting
(May 2007) and are subject to adjustment in the event of any change therein.
All arrangements for land accommodations and transportation
are made by Bluecruise. Any action or proceeding arising out of any dispute with respect to these tours or this
agreement shall be brought in a federal or state court in the State of NRW located in Solingen-Germany. You hereby
submit to the jurisdiction of such courts in connection with any such action or proceeding.
Responsibility:
Bluecruise. has made arrangements for the tour services described in this online-brochure. These tour services
are not actually provided by Bluecruise but by carries, yacht-agencies, and other supplies who are independent
contractors and are not the agents, employees, or servants, of joint ventures with Bluecruise or its affiliates.
All written complaints must be submitted to Bluecruise within 30 days from the return date of the person to her
domicile.
Important Notice:
BLUECRUISE.ORG reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such a person's
health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the
rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers in the sole discretion of BLUECRUISE.ORG.
