"No part of the world can be more beautiful than the western and southern coasts of Turkey. Their remote valleys break from the treeless plateau, whose oozing snows feed them with harvests wherever the land is flat enough to grow wheat or barley; and to travel in and out of them is like the circumventing of an immense natural fortress, whose walls are precipices with a flacis of fertile stretches before them and whose bastions are toilsome capes that dip, one after another, to the sea."
Freya Stark, in Alexander's Path

Your meals on board:
On M/S CEMRE 4 you will be served Turkish cuisine at its best.
Full board (3 meals + tea time) is included as coffee and tea all day (no extra charge)
If there are vegetarians among you, no problem at all, you just tell us, the Turkish cuisine is the best solution for that. Soft Drinks and alcoholic drinks are extra, they are available at the bar

Let's be honest about air-condition on gullets
There is nearly none of the gullet charter-companies who tells you the truth about air-condition on Gulets. Yes, some do have AC and you think you can switch it on when you like. It's not! On a boat the AC can only run when the generator is on, or in a harbor when connected to 220 Volt. But mainly you are in anchor bays, often next to a neighbor who doesn't like the noise of your generator and you wouldn't like it either during the night for example.
So most of the gullets have come to a gentlemen's agreement not to disturb each other -
AC will be used on the most of the boats 2-3 hours in the morning or at night from 20 to 24 hours to cool down the cabins during the hot month
