Rhodes
There is so much to see in Rhodes, the walled Old City is a labyrinth of narrow streets and cobbled alleys with
attractions on every corner, from intriguing shops to the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knight of St.John.
Rhodes was once the bastion of this powerful religious brotherhood which adorned the city with the spoils of war
and profits of trade.
An island with a long and storied history and mythology you may remember it because of the giant statue which used
to guard the harbor, so big that ships could sail between its legs. The statue is gone now but the harbor is a
collection of fortresses and castles that will keep you facinated. Rhodes is one of the most popular islands in
Greece.

Symi
Beautiful bays and pebbled beaches, best reached by a Blue Cruise. Daily boats between Symi and Rhodes and many
people come for the day to eat in the restaurants and wander around the beautiful town. Symi is just seven miles
from the coast of Turkey. The town of Symi is filled with neo-classical mansions in a variety of colors with a
castle above. Another great island for walking.

1. DAY: MARMARIS
Boarding starts at 3:30 PM. in Marmaris Port. Early arriving guests can leave their luggage in one of our offices.
On the first day, our boat will be anchored in the harbor for dinner and overnight stay. Marmaris, the ancient
city of Physicos, a trading center on the Rhodes Egypt trade route now a bustling tourist town with a distinct
Turkish character

2. DAY: BOZUKKALE
At breakfast, you will be informed about the cruise program and then we will cruise for the Arabian Peninsula.
The night will be spent in Bozukkale. The ancient ruins of (Bozukkale), impress with with their massive castle
walls. The name Bozukkale means 'crooked castle' and might be associated with the fact that one side of the castle
is missing. Because of its geographical situation and the narrow port entrance, the port was also used by the Greek
navy forces during the Pelepones Sea Battle. Karor, the Commander of Atina gathered all his ships here before the
Cnidus War in 395 B.C., and Demetrios; the son of Antigonos used this port for the preparations before attacking
Rhodes in 305 B.C.

3. DAY: BOZBURUN
After anchoring in Dirsekbükü, we will go to Bozburun, a small fishing town. This area was popular and
suitable for sponge-diving but nowadays the people of the island are no more interested in sponge-diving as it
is not worthy and is dangerous. In the last years sponge-diving is replaced by gulet tourism and Bozburun also
became famous for Gulet boat building.

4. DAY: BENCIK – DATÇA
Our first stop will be the Bencik Bay; which has a very narrow entrance but a unique view. Bencik is located at
the narrowest part of the peninsula that divides Hisarönü Gulf from the Gökova Gulf but it is closer
to Hisarönü. In 550s B.C. the Cnidus people wanted to dig a tunnel in the narrowest land of the peninsula
between the Hisarönü Gulf and the Gökova Gulf as a defence line against the Persians. That way they
would make two peninsulas one island and the defense easier. They started with diligence and put a lot of effort;
however, in the end they could not manage and the city was conquered by the Persians. We will sail to Datça
to have dinner and spend the night.

5. DAY: SYMI - SIMI
Completing all paper work and formalities, we will cruise for the first stop on the Greek island Symi. You can
see the shore-side with its neo-classical houses and the peripheral districts. You are going to adore Simi for
its pine and oak forests and unique bays.

6. DAY: RHODES
Loryma where the interesting ruins of an ancient harbour and castle. Sailing to Rhodes early in the morning. Rhodes
is the largest of the Dodecanese Islands. The island is a very popular holiday place as it has one of the best-protected
and the largest European Medieval city and has warm weather almost 300 days of a year. Rhodes has been a home for
many civilizations; starting with the knights of St.John in the Middle Ages, then Ottomans and Italians; thus the
island has a unique historical harmony of these three. Port is Rhodes City which bears the same name with the island.
The other very touristic areas of Rhodes island are; Lyndos and Kamiros. The city, which is still surrounded by
city-walls, gives you the feeling of travelling back to Medieval times especially when you walk around its narrow,
stone-paved roads. After dinner, our guests are highly recommended to enjoy a Rhodes night out.

7. DAY: MARMARIS
After checking in through the customs office in Marmaris, we
will have a break for lunch and for a swim on Cennet Island. Later, we will anchor at Marmaris Harbour for dinner
and overnight stay.

8. DAY: MARMARIS

Cabin Charter - general information
All
tours which are offered here take place on Standard-Yachts, the traditional Bodrum-built GULET. All yachts are
between 19 - 25 meters length,
these vessels accommodate between 12
and 16 guests in 6 to 8 cabins.
The cabins have en-suite WC & showers. (Hot & cold). There is a music set, VHF Radiotelephone and a dinghy
on each yacht, but in general no air condition. Crew consists of a captain, cook and a deckshand.
An exact yacht’s name can not be available
until 1 or 2 days before departure, as numbers of bookings come in often late. This works well over the years like
a cooperative and we advice you to give us your mobile phone that we stay in contact to give you captain's number
and boat name. more
details of your boat
The crew aboard our Gulets and yachts often do not have a foreign language mastered, but they almost always know
a few ’every-day’ phrases and are able to understand almost all requests.

Booking: 50 % of the total has to be payed before the reservation is confirmed. The balance is
to be payed 3 weeks prior to the embarkation.
