When chartering a gullet in
Turkey, you might consider going to Greece for visiting some of the beautiful islands like Symi, Rhodes, Kos, Kalymnos

1) There are extra harbor taxes for Greek waters
(about 300 € one week/boat)
2) Stops or even anchoring in bays or coves are not allowed, only harbours

boat for small groups or honeymooners, either on your holiday in Greece or Turkey. With a private charter or full
charter you and your party will have the whole gulet and its crew at your disposal with a decisive say in the route/itinerary
and the activities. Just think of it as your own private charter yacht.
The M/S AYLIN-MARY is a superb motor sailor and has been totally refurbished this year 2007. She is a wooden boat
construction built in the typical Aegean coast tradition. Privately owned by a British-Turkish couple, she offers
5 star quality and comfort.
She has 3 cabins for up to 6 guests, there are 3 double bed cabins ( air
conditioning) with ensuite
bathroom with modern toilet and home style shower-cabin. There is a spacious sun deck area with sun mattresses
and cushions, Sun awning, spacious dining area and dining table.
She comes fully equipped with VHF radio, GSM telephone, dinghy with outboard, stereo music system, canoe, fishing
and snorkeling equipment, generator and continuous hot water.
The crew of AYLIN-MARY consists of captain Mehmet (he speaks excellent English), and a cook, that will bring to
you all the delicious dishes, the Turkish cuisine has to offer. More on food on board here.
Embark / Disembark: Upon agreement, date & time preferable in Bodrum,
Marmaris or Gocek,
but we also like to offer unique One-Way-trips
Provisioning : Full-Board including Breakfast, Lunch, 5 o`clock
Tee or Coffee, Dinner will be provided for 32,- Euro per Person / per day.
Let's be honest about air-condition
on gullets
There is nearly none of the gullet charter-companies who tells you the truth about the use of air-condition on
Gullets. Yes, M/S AYLIN-MARY has AC and you think you can switch it on when you like. It's not! On a boat the AC
can only run when the generator is on, or in a harbor when connected to 220 Volt. But mainly you are in anchor
bays, often next to a neighbor who doesn't like the noise of your generator and you wouldn't like it either during
the night for example.
So most of the gullets have come to an agreement not to disturb each other - AC can be used on the most of the
boats 2-3 hours in the morning or at night from 20 to 24 hours.
