Poche sono le società
di noleggio di gulet ad essere perfettamente oneste riguardo all'uso dell'aria condizionata sui caicchi. Le cabine
hanno aria condizionata individuale, è solo possibile accenderla quando il generatore è in funzione
o quando la barca è in porto, collegata alla corrente a 220 Volt. Molto sovente vi troverete ancorati in
piccole baie e né voi né i vostri vicini di barca amerete essere disturbati dal rumore del generatore,
per esempio di notte.
Per queste ragioni la maggior parte degli operatori di gulet hanno deciso, di comune accordo, di far prova di mutuo
rispetto: l'aria condizionata può essere usata generalmente 2-3 ore la mattina oppure di sera dalle 20 alle
24 per rinfrescare la cabina prima di coricarsi.
